PRIVATE 1-1 SESSIONS

You have 2 options:

1) Physical Evaluation - In this session we will work with you to understand your personal goals and current movement and fitness status. Using a comprehensive physical evaluation method, including postural assessment, strength test, flexibility test and movement background analysis we will can advise you on which training plan is best suited for you and your needs. The session also includes a full studio tour, introduction to all of our equipment and services. (60 mins)

OR

2) Private Session— Want specific results or a personalized introduction to Pilates or one of our other offerings at the studio? Our super skilled & knowledgeable instructors will design a tailored session personalized for you. (60mins)


DUETS Want to train with your other half , best friend or colleague? Book a duet and enjoy a semi-private class in the studio customised to your wishes.


BEGINNER PILATES MAT is the perfect place for those who wish to learn the foundations and basic repertoire. Hone your skills whilst building your strength with these classes that are the ideal environment and pace for all newcomers to Pilates.

Beginners

INTERMEDIATE PILATES MAT delivers pure Pilates repertoire with an attention to detail on movement to emphasis impact. Expect full body commitment to build strength, control and body awareness.

Props and creative variations make each class unique and challenging. Elongate your frame and to sculpt where needed! The aim - to make you leave the studio feeling 2cm taller!

Multilevel (Not for first time students)

BARRE WORKOUT is an empowering and energizing workout has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles. Classes include hand weights, yoga straps, therapeutic exercise balls, and resistance bands to enhance your workout. Classes combine functional practices like yoga and Pilates with dance elements and the support of the ballet barre, it is a super fun way to get a full body workout.

BEGINNER REFORMER In this slower paced class we will guide you through how to use the reformer, making sure that you feel comfortable and confident to maximize the benefits this beautiful machine can deliver. If you are new to the reformer - it is highly encouraged that you take 2-3 beginners classes before moving into the Signature.

WUNDA CHAIR is a fitness oriented class with the grounds of the Pilates method. If you want to experience the maximal versatility of the exercise, book a spot in this multilevel workout that gives you progress in core strength, balance and agility. Sculpting stretching and flowing with the most acrobatic piece of the Pilates equipment.

PRENATAL | POSTNATAL

Prenatal Pilates is one of the safest and most effective ways to exercise whilst pregnant because of its ability to isolate and strengthen key muscles which have an important role during and after pregnancy.

Postnatal Gentle, low-impact Pilates which focuses on re-engaging the core muscles, building up overall body strength and realigning the body is a brilliant way for new mums to start the process of feeling like themselves again. Over time the sessions can increase in intensity as strength builds until the desired goals are achieved.

Note: Please ensure that you have your doctors approval before joining pre or post natal classes.


ANIMAL FLOW Animal Flow combines ground based movement with various body weight training disciplines for a fun, challenging multiplanar workout. Recognize patterns like crawling, rolling, squatting with elements of martial arts, breakdance and yoga. This worldwide trend is spreading in Norway too!

Benefits: Increase mobility, coordination, flexibility, stability, power and endurance...all at the same time!

All levels welcome.

RESET & RESTORE YOGA A slow and gentle yoga class focusing on relaxation and stretching. The practice is designed to ease stress and tensions away from your body and mind. Besides yoga postures, expect a touch of other approaches such as self-massage, meditation, aromatherapy and breathing techniques.

Benefits: Increase mobility, flexibility, lowering stress and tension levels.
